Workshop: Supplements for Autism 101

Join us for this practical and informative workshop to learn about:

  • Which vitamins, minerals, and other supplements are frequently beneficial for autistic individuals
  • The science behind why certain supplements are effective in improving focus, alleviating anxiety, reducing irritability and aggression, and addressing a variety of other symptoms
  • How to determine nutrient deficiencies
  • When and how to take supplements for optimum absorption and utilization

Julie Fischer, the facilitator of this workshop, is the mother of a 13 year old on the spectrum. Her son has benefited greatly from holistic, nutrition-based treatments. Julie is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition and completing the requirements towards becoming a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
