Weather Cancellation Policy

Weather in Colorado can change quickly. We sometimes need to cancel group meetings due to weather, and will make every effort to announce the cancellations on our website and Facebook no later than 4pm on the day of the event. However, participants should use their own judgement when determining whether it is safe to come on poor weather days.
